There are several ways to order:

2. Order by fax at (513) 681-9357.

3. Order by email. Just click on the "Contact us" and we'll get the message.

4. Order through the mail @ 1755 Hanfield Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45223.

 

We ship UPS ground, so please include a street address. UPS does not deliver to a
P.O. Box.

All orders must be prepaid prior to shipment. We accept Master Card and Visa. We
do not charge the card until we ship the order. We also accept personal checks and money orders. Check with us so we can include shipping and handling charges.

There is an additional charge for COD orders. We can ship 1st or 2nd day delivery
for an additional charge.

We require a deposit on any personalized items or custom dyed feather trees.
Special orders are not returnable.

All of our items are handmade in Cincinnati, Ohio so please order early to insure
delivery by Christmas.

We do guarantee our products. If for any reason you are less than pleased with any item, we will gladly refund your money or exchange the item. Returns must be authorized by our company and sent back to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
